Reserve Chardonnay 2006: This smooth Reserve Chardonnay is very kind to the palate with citrus fruits, peach and white melon aromas. Also offering a medium bodied taste with fresh acidity with tropical nuances of guava and kiwi.
Chardonnay 2003: A remarkably well balanced wine featuring intense stone fruit and walnut aromas with powerfully lingering crisp and finely balanced finish make this wine perfect for drinking now or cellaring for three to five years.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2003: A rich and subtle mild unoaked wine with excellent structure and flavours of cherries and plums. Complex aromas and tannin structure make this wine perfect for drinking now or for cellaring for three to five years.
Merlot 2003: A smooth mild unoaked yet full bodied wine which highlights both the distinctiveness of the cool climate grape variety and the individuality of the region, making this wine perfect for drinking now or for cellaring three to five years.
Shiraz 2003: An unoaked rich plum and subtle licorice nose with pepper overtones creates an intense palate of spice and soft dark fruits. Perfect for drinking now or cellaring for three to five years.
Chardonnay 2002: This exciting Chardonnay delights the palate and nasal senses with its fruity aromas. Can complement cheeses, pasta, fish or simply enjoyed on its own.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2002: This wine has a smooth buttery and nutty taste sensation. Will complement chicken, steak or lamb roast , or even enjoyed on its own.
